Our overriding mission is to help stop the returns problem.
To help with this mission, we charge a small fee of £3 for returns - which means that you make a considered purchase.
If your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged then we do of course waive this charge.
If you have an issue with an order, or want to return an item, you have 14 days to do so.

All orders are shipped within two working days and are fully tracked with either Yodel or Royal Mail, depending on the item.
Smaller order shipping is £3.80 for a small or medium parcel.

This item is an Open Box Return. This means it has previously been purchased and returned by a customer and has been tested by the brand and refurbished for sale. There may be minor cosmetic or box damage.
The Black Ice is the one people notice — a curved top tube, satin black frame and gloss orange rims. Underneath the looks it's a full suspension 26" mountain bike with disc brakes at both ends and 18 speed Shimano gearing.
Who it fits
18" frame, suitable for an inside leg measurement of 71–81cm (28–32"). Measure from the floor to the crotch with shoes off — more reliable than going by height alone. The long seatpost gives plenty of height adjustment within that range.
What you're getting
- Frame and suspension: hi-tensile steel frame with a 750lb rear shock and Zoom front fork
- Brakes: Zoom mechanical disc brakes front and rear, with 160mm wavy rotors and 3-finger alloy levers
- Gears: 18 speed Shimano with Revoshift shifters
- Wheels and tyres: 2.1" knobbly MTB tyres on double-wall painted alloy rims in gloss orange
- Fitted as standard: frame-mounted front mudguard and extended rear mudguard, full-colour MTB saddle
